At Özel Plastik, our core principle is to offer our customers consistent, reliable and high-quality plastic packaging solutions. All our processes, carried out within the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system framework, are subject to a continuous improvement cycle.

Our quality management system is regularly audited and certified by independent auditing bodies under the international ISO 9001:2015 standard.


• Annual surveillance audits
• Recertification audit every 3 years
• Internal audit program (twice a year)
• Management review meetings (once a year)

Every production batch goes through the following control stages:


• Incoming material inspection (raw material analysis)
• In-process quality monitoring (dimensional and visual inspection)
• Final product inspection (leak-proofness and durability tests)
• Pre-shipment final check
• Sample archiving (3 months)

Our products undergo the following tests:


• Leak-proofness test (pressurized air and water test)
• Impact resistance test
• Chemical resistance test (product-specific)
• Dimensional verification (CMM measurement device)
• UV resistance test (for products exposed to sunlight)

We review our quality targets every year to set higher performance standards. We continuously improve our processes based on customer feedback, internal audit findings and market data.

Our raw material suppliers are selected according to our quality criteria and evaluated regularly. The approved supplier list is updated annually; alternative supply sources are used in the event of performance decline.
